    Charge calculation: Fees are charged on a progressive basis based on leased area
    1. Customs brokers/warehouse and transportation services

    1. For leased area under 50 m2, basic management fee is NT$4,500 per month.

    2. Progressive management fee is computed and charged in the following manner in addition to the basic management fee:

    (1) For leased area at or over 51m2 but under 100m2, additional management fee of NT$5 is charged for each square meter exceeding 51m2.

    (2) For leased area at or over 100m2, additional management fee of NT$6 is charged for each square meter exceeding 100m2.

    2. Incubation centers/ research institutions/ industrial or commercial services/foundations

    1. For leased area under 300 m2, basic management fee is NT$4,500 per month.

    2. Progressive management fee is computed and charged in the following manner in addition to the basic management fee:

    (1) For leased area at or over 300m2 but under 1,000m2, additional management fee of NT$2.25 is charged for each square meter exceeding 300m2.

    (2) For leased area at or over 1,000m2 but under 2,000m2, additional management fee of NT$2.5 is charged for each square meter exceeding 1,000m2.

    (3) For leased area at or over 2,000 m2, additional management fee of NT$2.75 is charged for each square meter exceeding 2,000 m2.

    3. Daily life services/other organizations

    1. For leased area under 100 mM2, basic management fee is NT$2,000 per month.

    2. Progressive management fee is computed and charged in the following manner in addition to the basic management fee:

    (1) For leased area at or over 100m2 but under 300m2, additional management fee of NT$3.5 is charged for each square meter exceeding 100m2.

    (2) For leased area at or over 300m2 but under 1,000m2, additional management fee of NT$4 is charged for each square meter exceeding 300m2.

    (3) For leased area at or over 1,000 m2, additional management fee of NT$4.5 is charged for each square meter exceeding 1,000 m2.

    A. The metering of sewage discharge by users is carried out by the following rules: If a user uses water supplied by the Park and has an acceptable flowmeter installed at the sewage discharge outlet, the quantity of discharge will be determined based on the record of flowmeter. Otherwise, the quantity of discharge will be calculated at 80% of water use.

    B. Classification of effluent quality, tiered rates and calculation formula for sewage system user fees:

    1. User fee for enterprises =A(Q)+B(COD)+C(SS)

    (1) A(Q) = quantity of discharge (Q) x unit price.

    (2) B(COD) = effluent quality (COD in effluent) x quantity of discharge (Q) x tiered rate; the tiered rate table is as shown below:

    ATP will measure the amounts of COD and SS once every month and charge fees based on the arithmetic average of the effluent quality measured for the quarter.
